Experience five different live events with our BodyMindLife Online teachers

Our live events are based around connection – bringing you a mixture of movement, education, and conversation. We hope these events take you a little deeper than an ordinary live streamed class, and give you the opportunity to connect to your Online community and your teacher on a more personal level.

These live events are free, and available to our whole community – members or not. Whether you’re after accountability for your practice, keen to explore a different style of movement, or wanting to connect with new teachers – we invite everyone to experience the offering. Morning Energiser Yoga

Wind down this evening as our Yin resident, Mel, unpacks the basics of this beautiful restoration practice. She’ll take you through a brief conversation around what Yin Yoga is (in comparison to your Yang activities), how it’s beneficial for everyone, and the basics of meridian lines vs fascia network. You’ll then explore this physically by trying on those chat discussion points in a few poses with Mel. A Q&A to finish.
